<p>THE Housing Board on Friday served notice that it is stepping up enforcement action against unauthorised subletting of HDB flats.<p>It also disclosed that it has acted against 56 errant owners between January 2008 and last December, and fined them between $1,000 and $21,000. The board also repossessed a flat from an owner who had blatently flouted the subletting rules.</p>

<p>MILAN - ONLINE fashion retailer Yoox said it expected to grow more this year after reporting it had more than doubled its 2009 core profit.</p> <p>Yoox said on Thursday its earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation was 15 million euros (S$28.7 million), compared with 6.8 million euros the previous year.</p>

<p>A MAN who hacked into his previous employer's online payment account and cleaned out about $60,000 was jailed for 24 months on Friday.</p><p>Lee Kai Peng, also known as Eddie, 31, admitted to accessing the PayPal account of Success Resources and induced PayPal to reduce the cash balance of the account by $11,773 on each of four occasions on June 19 and 20 last year.</p>
